Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What Youll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students from elementary to high school
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
• Document progress and adjust interventions to promote student success and access to curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocating for students needs
• Deliver training and support for staff on mobility, positioning, and accessibility to optimize the learning environment
