Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
  • Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students motor skills, mobility, and functional abilities within a school environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve educational access and physical goals
  • Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Educate students and families about mobility and self-care, adapting recommendations based on individual needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for student success
