Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality physical therapy evaluations and interventions for elementary-aged students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of progress, attendance, and outcomes
  • Consulting with teachers and participating in IEP meetings as needed
  • Adhering to all state and ethical guidelines in the school setting

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required
  • ASHA Certification preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric environment is a strong advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a passion for supporting childrens mobility and independence
