Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license (PT)
- Experience in K-12 or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices, IEP documentation, and goal setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and compassion when working with students of diverse abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
What Youll Do:
- Provide individualized and group physical therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on strategies to help students succeed
- Support a positive and inclusive school environment
