Desired Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience delivering PT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for serving students across varying age groups and abilities
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for a caseload of K-12 students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative services, adapting as needed to meet student progress goals
