Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree required
  • Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students physical development and mobility needs within the school setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and therapy plans as part of the educational team
  • Provide direct therapy services to students from elementary through high school, adapting techniques to meet diverse needs
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support plans and facilitate student inclusion
  • Maintain timely records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
  • Promote accessibility and safe participation in classroom and extracurricular activities
