What we're seeking:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Active MN physical therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Deep commitment to empowering students to reach their potential

Core responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to foster students access to educational environments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for team-based planning
• Assess and document students strengths, needs, and progress
• Collaborate with other school professionals, teachers, and families
• Provide training and resources to staff and caregivers as appropriate
• Adapt interventions and strategies based on student needs and goals
