Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams, parents, and caregivers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Compassionate and adaptable approach to individualized student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students gross motor abilities and functional mobility in the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students physical developmental goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
• Provide direct services and consultative support to students with a variety of physical needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on mobility, accessibility, and adaptive equipment
