A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide specialized care and support within a school setting located in Dudley, MA. This role involves working directly with students to enhance their physical abilities and promote their participation in educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement interventions to improve mobility, motor skills, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment.
- Document progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and training to staff and families regarding physical therapy strategies.
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
