An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled physical therapist seeking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. In this role, youll be supporting students across all grade levels in an itinerant capacity, providing essential PT services to approximately 35 students. The position is located onsite during regular school hours, Monday through Friday, with a consistent schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy (PT) state license
• Previous experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs across multiple grade levels
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services as part of students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans
• Travel between sites as needed to provide services to assigned students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to promote student success and accessibility
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and review
• Maintain compliance with relevant state and district guidelines
