Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapy (PT) license required
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and service teams
• Passion for fostering student growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, treatment planning, and direct physical therapy services to students
• Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and document student progress
• Work closely with educators and staff to integrate therapy goals into students daily routines
• Communicate regularly with families, providing guidance and support
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines
