Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and document student progress
• Collaborative mindset to work with educators, parents, and other service providers

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to students in grades K-12
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in line with educational goals
• Document interventions, progress, and updates in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with school staff and families regarding student needs
• Educate teachers and staff on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications to support student access and participation
• Provide ongoing support and advocacy for students physical therapy requirements
