Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio
• School-based or pediatric therapy experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students referred for physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings

• Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as required by district guidelines
