Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license for South Carolina
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong organizational skills for managing a flexible, multi-site caseload
• Comfort working independently as well as collaboratively with staff, students, and families
• Effective communication abilities to develop and relay individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite physical therapy evaluations and implement appropriate treatment plans for students K-12
• Travel between assigned schools as needed to ensure comprehensive service delivery
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Monitor progress, document results, and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
• Equip teachers and staff with strategies and resources for student support
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that champions student growth and participation
