Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple school locations

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct PT services to students with varied needs (mostly school-age children)
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into student routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and progress reporting
• Consult with educators and families to support classroom participation and access
• Travel between assigned schools as needed; schedule offers only a few hours per week
