Job Details:

• Full time
• K-12th grade

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluate and treat students with motor or physical impairments
• Create and update IEP or 504 plans with targeted educational-based physical therapy objectives
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress

Qualifications:

• Current IL Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
