Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable providing support to a diverse student population, K-12

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver physical therapy services across a caseload of K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student independence and participation in the school setting
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Provide consultative support and training to staff and caregivers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
