Qualifications:

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Experience providing PT services in schools or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and maintain accurate documentation
• Adaptability to work with diverse student needs across various grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the physical therapy needs of students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support students educational goals
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy interventions as part of students IEPs
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and services delivered
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide valuable input on student needs

This full-time position spans 37.5 hours across five days each week, supporting the K-12 student population in a dynamic school environment.
