Key Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments for students and develop individualized program plans
• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each students unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students progress and ensure success in the educational environment
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Attend meetings and contribute to discussions about students therapy needs and interventions
