Qualifications

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptable approachcomfortable working across various school levels and with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments for students within elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students physical and educational needs
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to facilitate students participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and produce timely reports
• Provide consultation and support to staff, ensuring appropriate accommodations and safe environments for all students
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
