Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students by providing dedicated support as a Special Education Teacher at a school near Cincinnati, Ohio. Required Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience working with students in grades K-12
- Strong communication skills to engage families and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to promote inclusion and academic success
- Provide differentiated instruction tailored to a wide range of abilities and learning styles
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes
- Facilitate communication with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and areas for growth
- Uphold a positive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence
