Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and valid Illinois Physical Therapist (IL PT) license
• Experience providing physical therapy in a school-based setting strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to K-12 students onsite
• Assess students physical abilities and develop treatment plans tailored to educational goals
• Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) implementation and documentation requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
