Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist in California
• Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school or educational settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and collaboration in educational teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Flexibility to adapt therapy approaches based on student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, assessing and addressing mobility, motor function, and access to curriculum
• Develop individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals and state educational guidelines
• Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to support students optimal growth
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and goals
• Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations for student plans
• Adapt interventions as needed to meet changing student needs throughout the school year
