Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support K-8 students for the 2026-2027 school year in Northampton, MA. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children, working collaboratively with educators and families. With one opening available, you'll manage a caseload of 11-15 students across two buildings, ensuring quality care tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Understanding of IEP requirements and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills for managing caseload across multiple sites
• Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to K-8 students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Work with teachers and school staff to adapt environments for accessibility and student success
• Offer consultative services and training to school teams and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals
