Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to develop individualized physical therapy plans for students across grades K-12
- Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to implement therapy goals within IEPs
- Delivering direct and consultative physical therapy interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Monitoring student progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting interventions as needed
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders to support student growth
Qualifications youll need:
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist (IL PT) license
- Experience or interest in working within school settings (K-12 caseload)
- Ability to work onsite for 5 hours per week
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
