Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to develop individualized physical therapy plans for students across grades K-12
• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to implement therapy goals within IEPs
• Delivering direct and consultative physical therapy interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
• Monitoring student progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting interventions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders to support student growth

Qualifications youll need:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (IL PT) license
• Experience or interest in working within school settings (K-12 caseload)
• Ability to work onsite for 5 hours per week
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
