Qualifications:

• Active and current Physical Therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania required
• Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings, particularly serving K-12 students
• Previous exposure to ASD and ID populations highly preferred
• Willingness to obtain all necessary PA clearances prior to start
• Comfort in supporting an urban student population and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IEPs and educational documentation standards
• Must be able to provide licensure documentation upon submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a small and focused caseload of K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor and functional needs
• Participate in eligibility, IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Consult with classroom staff to accommodate student needs in low-incidental classroom settings
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and school policies
• Work exclusively onsite, supporting students within their school environments
