Key Qualifications:

• Current Virginia Physical Therapy license required

• Comfortable working across various school sites with students from kindergarten through 12th grade

• Familiarity with standard PT duties, including developing treatment plans, direct therapy, and documentation
• Ability to complete required district onboarding processes, including fingerprint clearance before start date

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload based on IEP and district needs
• Travel between assigned schools to provide comprehensive, direct care
• Document evaluation results, maintain progress notes, and report on student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student access and success
• Offer training and support to school staff and families when appropriate
• Adhere to all state licensing and district regulations
