What you'll bring:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Jersey physical therapist license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability to meet students varied needs
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans for multiple age groups

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students across all grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and safe participation in school activities
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and school-specific protocols, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to assist students in achieving their physical goals
• Support the integration of mobility and motor skills into the academic environment
