Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active New Jersey physical therapist license required
  • School-based or pediatric experience highly preferred

  • Ability to manage a flexible caseload across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students physical therapy needs

  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
  • Offer staff training and guidance on safe mobility and adaptive strategies in classroom and school environments
  • Travel between elementary, middle, and high schools as needed
