Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites in the Cheraw, SC area. As a licensed Physical Therapist, youll provide a blend of in-person and virtual care, making a meaningful difference in students' lives within dynamic educational settings. The assignment extends through May 27, 2027, offering both onsite and VOCO responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina PT license (required)
• School-based PT experience preferred, especially K12 populations
• Comfortable supervising a licensed PTA for VOCO services
• Strong organization and documentation skills for supervision/paperwork
• Motivated to work in multi-site environments with diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, in-person physical therapy services to K-12 students
• Provide virtual PT support (VOCO), including PTA supervision and associated paperwork
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student development
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Balance 37.5 weekly hours onsite with an additional 20 hours for virtual supervision and documentation
