Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing physical therapy services to K-12 students in a dynamic multi-site school environment. This position will have you working closely with students, educators, and a collaborative special education team to improve student outcomes and promote physical well-being throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active South Carolina Physical Therapy license is required
• Experience working in school settings (K-12) is highly valued
• Skilled in both in-person and virtual (VOCO) service delivery models
• Must be able to provide supervision to a licensed PTA as part of VOCO requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently across multiple sites

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive in-person PT services to students across several school sites
• Provide virtual consults, supervision, and documentation support (VOCO) as needed
• Develop actionable student treatment plans, focusing on individual needs and academic participation
• Collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Supervise assigned PTA for virtual service delivery according to SC state requirements
• Maintain thorough and accurate records, progress notes, and required paperwork
• Flexibly adapt to daily changes and varying school site demands
