Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state certification (or eligibility)
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Adaptable and proactive approach to addressing varied student needs
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

What Youll Do:

• Assess students physical development and functional abilities within the school setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support students' educational participation
• Conduct ongoing evaluations and adjust interventions as necessary
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain meticulous records per regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student goals
• Educate students, families, and teaching staff on strategies and tools for success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support
