Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current and valid Arizona physical therapist license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexible and adaptable to varied school environments and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to identify physical therapy needs
• Develop and execute individualized education plan (IEP) goals in partnership with educational teams
• Provide direct therapy services to students and support staff with training and strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services rendered
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and other service providers to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and progress
