Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
- Current AZ physical therapist license in good standing
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing student needs and educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students across elementary through high school levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
- Collaborate with educational staff, administrators, and families to facilitate student participation and progress
- Document services and maintain compliance with IEP/504 plans and school policies
- Train staff and contribute to educational interventions focused on motor skills and accessibility
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
