Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current AZ physical therapist license in good standing
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students across elementary through high school levels
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with educational staff, administrators, and families to facilitate student participation and progress
• Document services and maintain compliance with IEP/504 plans and school policies
• Train staff and contribute to educational interventions focused on motor skills and accessibility
