Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid AZ Physical Therapist license
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card essential
  • Experience in school settings or pediatric care is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and students
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to a diverse range of needs and developmental levels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students in PreK-8th grade
  • Evaluate students, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support each childs educational journey
  • Offer recommendations and training to school staff as needed
