Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Active Ohio (OH) Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse age groups and developmental needs
• Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to students from elementary through high school levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals to support IEP objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student participation and performance
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding adaptive equipment, mobility issues, and classroom accessibility
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary plans
• Educate families and school personnel on therapy strategies and best practices
