Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred
• Openness to collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and provide supervision as needed
• Solid understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and goal writing within a school structure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varied school environments, working with students from kindergarten through high school

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student development
• Train staff and caregivers on appropriate mobility and exercise strategies
• Travel between school sites within the district to provide consistent, high-quality services across grade levels
