Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts PT license required
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to consult with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify student physical needs within a K-12 school environment
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with educational objectives
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school faculty, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and participation
