Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active physical therapist license for the state of Minnesota
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt interventions for a range of ages and developmental stages
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Principal Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services for students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to set and achieve student goals
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert input
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
• Offer training and guidance to staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for student success
