Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active physical therapist license for the state of Minnesota
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt interventions for a range of ages and developmental stages
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services for students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to set and achieve student goals
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert input
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
- Offer training and guidance to staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills
- Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for student success
