With several openings available, you'll have the chance to work full-time with either elementary or high school students, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of your caseload. Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Florida SLP License (required)
- Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Understanding of IEP process and progress reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for school-age children
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans for assigned caseloadelementary or high school
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and compliance paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
