Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Solid assessment and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students motor and functional skills
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students physical therapy needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
• Educate staff and families about strategies to promote student independence and mobility
• Adapt therapy interventions based on student progress and school resources
