Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong background in case management and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect therapy interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive case management for student caseloads, supporting IEP goals and individualized needs
• Provide both direct and indirect physical therapy services to enhance students' functional performance and participation in school activities
• Track and document student progress, updating records to reflect therapeutic outcomes and adjusting plans as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and support
• Maintain accurate records following state, federal, and district guidelines
