Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP documentation and case management
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students therapy needs within the educational environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements and IEP goals
- Deliver focused, evidence-based therapy sessions to improve access to classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapeutic interventions into daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding student progress, therapy plans, and IEP compliance
- Provide education and consultation to staff and families for generalization of skills
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to student care teams
