Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist License
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptive and solution-focused approach to student care in a school setting
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and assessment data

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services onsite to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, families, and staff
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes to ensure effective support
• Educate school personnel on strategies to facilitate student access to academic environments
