Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Florida Department of Health Physical Therapist license
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule and adapt to changing caseloads
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must complete required fingerprinting and credentialing per district and state guidelines, including clearance or transfer of JLA badge if applicable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students aged Pre K12, adapting interventions based on individual and group needs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student success and participation in school settings
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans, monitor progress, and provide documentation in accordance with district policies
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as necessary
• Travel between multiple schools within the district to provide onsite-only services (virtual/remote services not available)
