Job Description

Step into a dynamic contract role as a Physical Therapist working onsite within a collaborative school environment near Bolingbrook, IL. Qualifications & Experience:
Active IL Physical Therapy license required
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Familiarity with conducting evaluations in an academic setting
Must meet any state- or district-specific requirements
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to travel to multiple school sites in the area

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments for students across various schools
Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention plans
Deliver direct and consultative services based on each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
May provide supervision to PTAs in accordance with state regulations
Participate in IEP meetings when necessary and communicate updates with staff and families
