Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Pediatric or school-based PT experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfort with developing and implementing IEP goals and related therapy interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP requirements
• Conduct assessments and document progress on student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
• Provide training and resources for school staff and families as needed
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and comply with confidentiality guidelines
• Collaborate with other professionals to support student development in academic and functional domains
