Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current and valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Exceptional ability to communicate and build rapport with children, families, and school staff
• Outstanding organizational skills and adaptability in meeting diverse student needs
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for holistic student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine physical therapy needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy as required through IEPs and 504 Plans
• Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain and update documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Engage in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations as a valued member of the educational team
• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment for every student
