What You'll Need:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Prior experience working with pediatric populations or in school environments preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassion, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Assess, evaluate, and document student progress and adapt intervention plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, parents, and other providers
Train school staff in appropriate techniques to support student development
Create engaging, therapeutic activities to motivate and assist students
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
