This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027 and offers the chance to work closely with dedicated staff and students onsite, fostering growth and helping each child reach their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement)
- Previous experience supporting children in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
- Enthusiastic about supporting elementary-aged learners with diverse needs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- No educator credential necessary
What You'll Do:
- Provide onsite physical therapy services to elementary school students, helping them achieve their individualized goals
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each students unique requirements and abilities
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy, progress, and communications
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into the academic environment
- Offer intervention and support that enables increased access to educational opportunities and social participation
- Participate in student-focused team meetings when required
