Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for students from elementary through high school.
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, faculty, and families to develop strategies supporting student participation and independence in the school setting.
• Offer direct therapy services both individually and in small groups to address mobility, access, and functional skills.
• Provide guidance and training to staff regarding adaptive equipment and safe movement/positioning techniques.
• Adapt session plans based on age, function, and learning environment.
