Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active, current Physical Therapist license in Michigan
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents preferred

  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students physical abilities and develop customized therapy plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
  • Provide training and support to school staff on mobility equipment and accommodations
  • Educate families and caregivers on ways to support progress at home
