This part-time contract role presents a balanced schedule, serving a dedicated caseload at a single school site. With just nine students, your expertise will make an outsize impact, requiring only one day a week on-site, with approximately seven hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for the state of Indiana
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting
• Ability to commit to a consistent, once-weekly on-site schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student development and independence

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions for students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for student mobility and safe access throughout the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate documentation for all student sessions and progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
