Youll make a meaningful difference by supporting a small caseloadjust 9 studentsat one local school, requiring your expertise and compassion one day per week. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for Indiana required
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work onsite one day per week, providing focused, high-quality care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site physical therapy services to a consistent, manageable caseload of students within a supportive school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to support student mobility, access, and participation in school activities
• Document assessments, progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
• Liaise regularly with team members and caregivers to promote holistic student development
