With a start date set for August 7, 2026, and orientation on August 3rd and 4th, you'll join an educational team dedicated to making a genuine difference in the lives of elementary, middle, and high school students.

As a valued Physical Therapist in this school-based setting, youll balance your professional expertise with a flexible part-time schedule of 15 hours per week (spread over 2 days). You'll be engaging with diverse caseloads that include both resource and self-contained students across Central MS and Central HS in Algonquin and Carpentersville.

What you'll bring:

• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Experience working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, and high school preferred)
• Adaptability in resource and self-contained environments
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students to support their educational goals
• Assess and document student progress, updating IEPs and participating in relevant meetings
