Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Adaptability to work effectively with diverse student populations in onsite settings
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working alongside educators and families
• Ability to tailor interventions and support plans for K-12 students with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services for students, as outlined in IEPs
• Assess and document motor skills and mobility, recommending adaptive equipment as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines
• Contribute expertise to educational teams to promote student access and participation
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school therapy
