What Youll Bring:
- Valid IL Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for various age groups
- Passion for working in educational settings with students ranging from kindergarten through high school
What Youll Do:
- Assess and develop tailored treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers, staff, and families
- Support students participation and achievement within school programs and activities
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to IEP meetings and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
